The fastest way to reach us is email: contact@mycopunk.site. It goes to a real inbox that we read — there is no ticketing system and no bot on the other end.
We are a small fan project, so replies are not instant. Corrections are handled first, because a wrong page costs readers more than a slow reply.
Found something wrong? Tell us
Mycopunk is moving to 1.0 and PS5, so patch details, upgrade counts and store information can change quickly. To make a correction easy to act on, include whatever you have:
- The page URL and the specific line that is wrong.
- What you saw in game or on the store page instead.
- A screenshot or clip, so we can verify without reproducing the whole run.
- Your platform and game version, since values can differ between Early Access, 1.0, PC and PS5.
What we cannot help with
- Bugs, crashes, save loss or account problems — please use the official Mycopunk Discord or the relevant platform support.
- Refunds and purchase issues — Steam and PlayStation support handle those.
- Requests to publish unverified numbers, leaked codes or fabricated rewards. If it is not confirmed through official channels, it does not go on the site.

If you searched for a Mycopunk question and could not find an answer, send it to us exactly as you typed it into the search box. Real reader questions shape what we write next.
