Is there a Mycopunk PS5 trophy list yet?
Not one that could be verified. The official PlayStation game page schedules the PS5 release for October 20, 2026, but it does not include a trophy roadmap or a completion-time estimate. Sony's October 2026 PlayStation Plus announcement confirms the game is coming to PS5, which tells you about availability rather than trophies.
Search results sometimes show placeholder trophy pages for upcoming games. Those placeholders were excluded from this guide because they do not reflect an official list. Until the game launches and the list appears on PlayStation, any claimed trophy count is a guess.
This page will be updated once the PS5 trophy list can be checked directly. If you are reading this after launch, check the date at the top of the page before relying on the status above.
What PC achievement guides can tell you
On PC, Mycopunk supports Steam Achievements, and players have documented many of them. A Steam community guide by Z-101, updated in November 2025, lists the achievements with notes on how to earn them. It is a useful reference for what kinds of tasks the game rewards.
However, Steam achievements and PlayStation trophies are separate systems. Developers often keep them similar, but the names, requirements and number of entries can differ, and a platinum trophy has no PC equivalent. Treat PC guides as a helpful preview, not as a confirmed PS5 checklist. They are still useful for practising skills such as melee timing, movement and team coordination, which help whatever the final trophy list contains.
Documented PC achievements you can work on
A few achievements are documented clearly enough to describe here. Each one below is confirmed by more than one creator or by the Steam guide, but the exact wording may change on PS5.
- Slap: kill a hornet with your melee attack. Both the Steam guide and a dedicated VibesOfGaming video describe this requirement.
- Oops: knock over a pipe. A VibesOfGaming video is titled around this pipe-knocking achievement; no extra location details are claimed here.
- Full Crew: complete a mission with all four original employees, according to the Steam achievement guide.
How to approach the Slap achievement
Slap only asks for a melee kill on a hornet, so it rewards patience more than build strength. Wait for a hornet to come within reach instead of shooting it down, then finish it with your melee attack. Doing this early in a mission, before a large fight starts, keeps things simple.
In co-op, tell your crew what you are trying to do so nobody shoots the hornet first. Version 1.9 added built-in voice chat that works without a Discord account, which makes that kind of coordination easier.
Planning for Full Crew and other team tasks
Full Crew needs all four original employees in one mission, which in practice means four players each choosing a different character. That is easiest with friends who can agree on characters before deploying. Public lobbies work too, but you will need to communicate your goal.
Our matchmaking guide explains how the crew browser works and what to check before joining a lobby. Whether PS5 players will be able to group with PC players has not been confirmed, so see the crossplay page before planning a mixed-platform session.
On PS5, Sony's listing says PlayStation Plus is required for online play. Any trophy that needs a full online crew will therefore need a membership for each player taking part. Check the official trophy descriptions once they are live before spending time on a team task.
Learning the crew: a head start for character tasks
Several documented achievements, such as Full Crew, are about who you play rather than how well you shoot. Creator build guides from 2025 cover four employees by name: Wrangler, Bruiser, Scrapper and Glider. Spending a few missions with each one makes character-based tasks much less awkward when you finally attempt them.
Trying every employee also helps in co-op, because you can fill whichever role your crew is missing. If four friends each know at least two characters, arranging a full crew becomes a quick conversation instead of a negotiation. Our build guide covers how loadouts differ between characters.
Keep in mind that the 1.0 release adds new content, and the character roster may grow. We do not publish a final character total until it can be checked in the released game.
PC players: achievements and save data
On PC, the Steam store lists achievements alongside online co-op, single-player and Steam Cloud. That means your PC achievement progress is tied to your Steam account and your saves can sync between your own PCs. It does not mean that progress moves to a PlayStation account.
No official source checked for this guide confirms cross-progression between Steam and PS5. If you plan to play on both platforms, assume for now that each platform tracks its own progress, and see our crossplay page for the latest status. We will update both pages if the 1.0 patch notes say otherwise.
PC players who want to try mods should also be careful. Our mods guide explains the BepInEx setup, but we found no verified information about how mods interact with achievements, so back up your saves before experimenting.
What we will not claim about PS5 trophies
Several details that trophy hunters care about are simply unknown before launch. We do not know the PS5 trophy count, whether there is a platinum, whether any trophies are missable or how long a full completion takes. Publishing numbers for any of these now would be invention.
We also do not assume that every Steam achievement becomes a trophy. Some games trim or rename entries between platforms, and the PS5 version releases alongside the 1.0 update, which adds new content. Both factors mean the final list could include tasks that PC guides do not yet cover.
Getting ready for the PS5 launch
If you plan to hunt trophies, the best preparation is learning the game itself. Read the beginner overview to understand the mission loop, and the build guide to make your loadout dependable. Strong fundamentals make most task-based trophies faster.
Check how you will play, too. The PS5 version lists solo play and up to four online players, and PlayStation Plus is required for online play. Mycopunk is also joining the PS Plus Extra and Premium catalog on launch day, which our PlayStation Plus page explains.
For the latest platform details, see our PS5 guide. We will add the confirmed trophy list to this page once it can be verified on PlayStation.
